whats a good tire for off road use.. a 31 inch.. dont wanna spend a crap load for them.. bfg is to expensive and there not that great..

what kind of truck you got?31 sound about right if you got it lifted with ether a body or suspention lift>go A/T unless you like all that noise on the highway>and dont forget the mud flaps,here in cali its a ticket for no mud guards.>i got a 96 taco with 4" fabtech susp lift and a 3" body lift w/31 desert duelers

you could go with pro comp or mickey thompson

I'm running a 35" bfg a/t and love them my buddy has a 35" pro comp a/t and they are just as good in my opinion. Don't know much about the mickey thompson's but they do tend to be a little bit cheaper than the bfg & pro comp
