Dirtbikes vs. Quads

my dad's shee has cpi's, high compression pistons, cool head....the list goes on, and he said his yz and it 490's could easily kill it in a race

The KDX needs rings and lower end parts. They dont make parts for it anymore. It was only made one year, '82. When it ran it was the only bike that could keep up with my Shee. It is a 2stroke buy the way. Anyway your Dad seems like a cool guy to ride with. Too bad we are on different ends of the States.

ya, i remember in the thread about your kdx, you said you needed new pistons and rings. He's fun to ride with, the real craziness happens when our rail is runnin.

I like riding both quads and bikes but ive been riding bikes longer so i think im gunna stick wih bikes

you know your a good rider if you can go from a dirtbike to quad and it's no big deal
