yeah, arm pump, frikkin thumb cramping up, quads ride hard - like a bad lay, and the weight shifting is goofy as all get out. . . .

I'm amazed that people think quads are harder to ride.. It's kind of nice, you can go fast, and just sit there.. I only got arm-pump because the little thumb throttle crap.. (Quickly replaced with a twist-throttle).

i rode a cr 280 and it was fast. I am a pretty big kid, between 6'1 or 6'2 180 pounds and it pulled like crazy, i rode a yz 125 and it didn't have shit by comparison. If anyone can make a suggestion i would be greatful. Thanks.

Im sure that bikes are much easier on the trails. They got like 10in of travel or more, i dont know for sure. At least thats what everybody tells me. And trust me, you dont just "sit" on the quad.

KTM's are the most powerfull stock 250, but I deffinitly woudn't get one.. If your looking for raw RWH, and which bike will get the holeshot, get the KTM250sx. If you're looking for handeling, suspension, and every other aspect, get the CR, or YZ. I would stay away from Kawasucki's and Suckzuki's.

I would look into the 87 cr500. the most powerfull 500 EVER. Every single year since they have de-tuned the cr500, because the 87' Cr500 came with UNCONTROLLABLE power.
