quad or dirt bike? If a quad dropping the clutch is an easy way but i dont really recommend it if you do it over and over, easy solution to that is get the rpm's up enough, pre load the front a little and pull back. If its on 2 wheels and your riding a 250 two stroke I suggest you prob need more riding time on it if your asking how to do a wheelie.

Once figured out for the most part, its all about throttle control, the sweet spot and the rear brake

start in 2nd and get it on the pipe and pin it until you get perfect balance, and the shift through the gears. if feeling like your going to go off the back tap the brake and hold on.
