2-stroke oil

I just recently bought my 2006 banshee and i want to change oils that i use...im thinking about using Bel-Ray Si-7 full synthetic.... is this a good choice or should i use another type or brand?

p.s.-my bike is completely stock as of now...but i plan on buying pipes,reed valves,cool head, possibly port and polish and some other minor upgrades...whut oil would work best with all my upgrades?

i run belray gearsaver 85w, never had a problem, but as long as you change your oil all the time then it doesn't matter as long as you use a respectable brand made for wet clutch's.

i thought thats whut he was sayin....is that oil ok to run on a stock bike and if u look at the list of upgrades i plan on doing do u think it would be ok for trail and sand driving??

good for a stock bike or a modded bike. I do trail ridding with mine and it works great. I also use dominator premix

I'm not famailier with that oil...I ran bel ray h1-r premix for quite a while and never had a problem....You should be fine with that oil though....Probably mix it at a 32:1 ratio....I would suggest amsoil dominator though....

i confused steve. belray gearsaver for the trans and dominator for premix. i used to run goldenspectro premix

LOL this thread is confusing me.... You got it right though belray gearsaver for the tranny and dominator for premix....It's too early for this shit...lol
