The rz motor is supposed to have about 51-53 horsepower stock at the rear wheels of the bike. With powervalves it will be a whole different beast Im betting than the banshee motor.

Ive heard they need to be rebuilt quite often as I have researched putting one in a warrior I once had before I was graced with the arrival of the banshee. I saw one on ebay freshly rebuilt and it had no bids on it and the auction was no reserve starting bid at 65$ I couldnt belive it.

Can someone give me some more info about using the top end from the rz and fitting it onto the banshee motor. who has done it and how bad ass is that bottom end powerband?

you would need the rz cylinders and head and everything electrical off the rz. the wiring harness with all ecu's, powervalve servo, and stator/flywheel. i dont think it is going to be that fast of a bike..... but we will see. still waiting on parts..... some ebay sellers are jackasses and wait forever to ship parts.

I seem to remember a picture of an RZ powerer banshee but what was unique was the cylinder was installed the opposite way so the intake side was forward and the pipes were run straight up to hang on the rear.

yeah, i will be selling it to a good buddy of mine. it will still be in my garage tho. he has fronted me the money to buy the rest of the things togather to make it a fully functional quad. bearings and seals, little parts here and there add up quick. just got my linkage in yesterday. of corse there is the left side pipe clearance issue. i think the lrd's may see a love tap from my dead blow.
