Default how to polish aluminum swingarm

I got me a cr(99) i wana polish the swingarm like the frame.But the swing arm got like a brushed aluminum look to it ok Now do i sand through the brush look back to bare aluminum or can i get a shine from just smoothng up the brushed stuff ??? Dry Wash N Guard has the single best product out there. It's called, quite simply, Metal Polish and works like no other product.

But nothing is going to look polished without good old fashioned elbow grease. Get some buffing tools, wheels/buffs/compounds/ect, and start buffing. That'll remove a lot of the brushed look. Then a good creme such as Metal Polish and some light pressure buffing will bring out a decent shine.

You can get the same wheels and compounds Caswell sells at Home Depot for about the same price but without the wait.
