| I've heard of removing the head gasket and replacing it with a thinner material like aluminum from a pop can if you will.. Or all together removing the gasket and replacing it with a special gaskget goop stuff.. Is this a common thing to be done or is it a recipe for disaster? |

| recipe for disaster most likely. If its a honda you can run a CR gasket which is only .010 thick but its not like cutting an aluminum can up. Dont do that. |
