115psi is plenty of compression for a stock banshee. i would take your carbs off and take everything off of em, pilots, mains, air screws, floats, choke and clean them real good. even if you end up using a cupple cans of carb clean, spray out everything. i like to hit em with compressed air to blow out anything that could be hiding. look through the pilot jets and make shure there is nothing blocking it. it does not take much for this jet to get plugged up with shit and it will do exactly what you are discribing. if you have pipes and airbox mods i would step up to 27.5 pilots if it hasent been done allready. check your reeds for any cracks or breakage. toss a new set of ngk b8es plugs in.
