Hell, Ill bring my 250R, I wanna see... I dont know how far i am but im not that far. Im pretty sure i can kick an LT. (at least his) Havent had any problems yet! And a "Q" The T4 was the fastest 250 built???? personally i havent seen one, but id kinda like to now.

Quad119, I'll give you credit were it is do. You don't do drugs, you don't drink, and you make your own money, Good for you man, I know a lot of older guys who should be so smart.

Now Time to face facts. You maybe very smart for your age but as you get older you will realize how much you didn't know when you were 15. Oddly enough the knowledge will come from lessons learned by older people like the ones you are so pissed off at now. You should learn that you don't talk to people 10+ years older than you like they don't deserve your respect (you will wish you hadn't later in life), Think before you speak, Don't fly off the handle and make comments until you fully understand what the point someone is triing to make, that will gain you respect. The problem most of the older riders on this site have with the younger crowd is we earned the right to be respected, the younger members tend to think respect comes automaticly. It doesn't work that way. You have many lessons to learn but you will get there. If you admit when you are wrong and appoligize for making mistake and arguements, then learn something from it, you will gain respect. You can ask several members here, I have appoligized to several people because I realized I was wrong when I had thought I was 100% correct. To my knowledge knowbody has held a grudge.

Take what I say with a grain of salt. Its best to think about how your remarks will be received by other members. Don't be a punk, your better than that.

So, not to get off topic here.....But how long did they make them and why did they quit then? I've just never heard of them till i started on this forum. Where im from, all thats around there is honda and suzuki.

1987 and 88, kawasaki tucked tail and quit production when people started sueing over atc's. Tecate-4's were very well built and designed. Had they stayed in production the 250r prabably would not have the rep it has today, I'm sure the kawasaki would have been a real thorn in honda's side.

I didnt know that. Im a die-hard 250R guy. And ive always talked it up. Even though ive had my ass handed to me by a few banshees, but im still not a big bore either. Probably doesnt help that no one around here knows how to ride. I wish everyone could meet around here. Theres some descent riding at St joes State park in St louis and a Big park in Hot Springs Arkansas. If anyones interested........ guess i shouldve started a new thread huh. Just boring, everyone around here rides 4x4s, no one to ride with.....havent been riding in 2 months!

diesel-mech you are completely right but i think that is just alittle childish that one wrong remark about a t-4 being a dog gets every body started and jumping my ass. and I love how they changed my pic........so for all i care they can take this site and ther t-4s and stick them as far as they can get them to go.
