Default Shee wont start plz help... grrrr......

Im havin some problems with my shee starting. Heres the story...

I stored my shee on the grab bar for about 2 weeks when i didnt have enough room in my garage to fit all 5 quads i had. I shut the gas off, but now it doesnt want to start until i flip it down, turn the gas on, turn the gas back off, flip it up to drain the carbs then bring it back down. (people were saying the floats were stuck, they werent.)

Thats how the problem started, well i must have taken the carbs apart 6 times now and went through 5-6 cans of carb cleaner and the problem kept on happening. Ive been wanting to remove the TORS system for awhile so while i was at it i snipped the 2 bottom wires that come off of the part that sits on the carb. The quad ran fine when i took it for a test ride after that but then it wouldnt idle, if i let off the throttle completely the the quad would stall. I tried messing with the idle but that wasnt the problem. I noticed that when the switch inside the box above the thumb throttle was enganged it would run fine but one it was disengaged it would die. So i thought that was a part of the TORS system, so i cut the switch out. The quad idled fine and ran fun but i was back to the problem of what im guess were the floats, the quad wouldnt start if it was cold and i left the gas on. The quad is definietly getting gas and air and i tried fresh gas and oil and it didnt work. I have no idea what the problem was and i was hoping you could give me some help. It would be greatly appreciated.

Correct, i just discovered that there isnt a spark on either plug. What are the odds that both will go out at once?

Would cutting the switch out of the trottle be causing the problem?

Check to see if your kill switch is acting up. i think disconnecting the whole unit will cut it out of the loop yes
