Question Castor/Petroleum vs. Synthetic Oil

I am looking for a new oil to run in my 125. Something that burns cleanly at 32:1. I currently run amsoil interceptor but havent been pleased with it, it doesnt burn very cleanly, and leaves ALOT of carbon. I wanted to know if synthetics like maxima k-2 are better than oils like maxima castor 927 or golden spectro. Could some of you 2 stroke guru's give me some advice on which to choose. I want something that is just flat out good oil. Any reason not to run castor or golden? Thanks

dominator is not designed to run that rich... back off to 40:1 and you'll not have the carbon deposits....

the dominator is formulated for race applications... so says amsoil.... the interceptor is more of a hobby engine type oil...

i'm telling ya your mixing too rich.... 32:1 is for the old slugdy conventional premixes from 1984

927 is a castor based oil..... and work differnetly than a synthetic.... it's personal preference what you like....

klotz is a good oil.... and many people like 927 as well....

i personally use amsoil and not only because i sell it.... in fact... i've been thiking about expandign to also selling klotz and mabye evern royal purple and redline... they are all high quality oils... and i myself woudl feel safe runnign any of them....... i have used klota benol..... it;s good stuff.. and mixes with alky... which asmoil oils do not... reline also makes an alky premix.... and thats another reason i'm thinking about expanding to include those other lines...

klotz is made 90mins from my house... i just need to look into the dealer program these other companies have...

for nwo i know amsoil... i use amsoil, sell amsoil, and i reccemend amsoil......

the dominator is a top notch premix.... at one hell of a good price... thats a hard claim to back up...... try it at 40:1 on a ported engie 50:1 on a engien with stock or near stock port timing and you'll be very happy..... also i'd mix at 40:1 in any engine with a powervalve.... in a powervavled engine... the PV gets lubricated last... btu requires a high amount of lubrication to function properly.... to much lubrication nis also an issue with PV knowns as "GUMMIMG"...... thats why i say 40:1....
