Its for Bigger bikes-that have a tendency to drain the bowl of fuel before it can fill up again, Just holds more.

Sorry to jump in your thread, but I see your name and I just picked up a 1994 rm250 from a guy I work with for $400 in good condition, but once you start it it revs like its going to blow. I shut it down when the revs get up there. Any help would be very appreciated, just want to ride.

does it even with choke on?
how many turns is the air screw out?
aftermarket or stock reeds?
any exhaust mods?
