hehe, yea i did know that.. i see all your asses on the trails for a breif second then wala a dissapearing act.. btw yes it is the trany oil i knew taht but wasnt sure wats geting in there or if people use gear lube instead of oil it there i guess when i asked i asked a bit on the elemetary side just to make sure. but i did hear i cant sink them in the mud like i use to in my 4 stroke is that tru.. hell i had my trykes submerged to my neck will i kill my 2 stroke doing that?

well you can but only if you still have an airbox. I imagine clogging the fins of your raditor wouldnt help much either. The more the likely thing that will happen is you start to spin and you dig down.

I use 90w in my tranny personally. Some people will using 15w-30 but i like to be a little more on the safer side. But who knows i could be doing the completely oppisite of that.

from my understanding yes they all have 6 speeds, and thanks for all you help guys this site is making me a pro at 2 strokes and zilla's id be lost without it you guys rok!!

No not all years all the 6 speed tranny. Only the PV motor have the six speed. Those are the bikes from 87-92. The 85 and 86 only have 5 speed.

k guys, one more ?. the guy i got the bike from said he mixed golden spectro to 4.9 gas thats almost 50-1. im reading alot of 42-1 that would only be 4gals. so i went 4.3 gas u think thats ok or should i go the 42 or the 50

40:1... a little extra oil is MUCH better than not enough.. and if the motor loads up and take it one step richer... and do yourself a favor and buy the ratio right that will tel lyou all the rtios and exactlly how much oil to put in..... thats my idea though
