i was in the suzuki dealership a cupple of months ago and they had an unusual amount of used ltz400's sitting over by the service department. i asked on of the service guys what was the deal..... he said, the clutch covers were made with some cheap ass magnesium and it interacted with the coolent in the water pump basicly disintegrated itself over time. so they had to put new clutch covers and water pumps on all z400s. probably kfx400's too but i cant say for shure cuz i never go to the kawi dealer being as the honda/yamaha/suzuki dealer is about a mile from my house.

Thats only the 05 models with the mag covers.
