I read that rumor about the LT-R250 in Quad magazine... it seems pretty far fetched, but they were VERY convinced that it was going to happen. I can't see them doing it that soon though...
The market for it doesn't exist yet. There is NO 250 class for race quads right now so they'd be sinking a lot of R&D money into a machine with a VERY limited customer base. Who's going to buy a purpose-built 250 4-stroke race quad if there's no legitimate race class for it? You could put it in competition in the "sport class.. but it's going to be getting beat up BAD by Blasters for shit sakes!
