i have recently set out on a project to put a ktm 125sx engine in a 1986 zx600 ninja frame. The motor, including the stock pipe, slide right into the frame, the motor is welded/bolted to the frame, etc. My question is, what other pipe could work with this ktm engine? its a 2002 engine, i was curious if a jollymoto 2-stroke street bike pipe would work, say one from a aprillia rs125? anyways please give me some feed back. As it stands now, the pipe and exhaust off the dirtbike exit right out the back of the bike, under the seat, but needs a little more length. Anyways, im a welder so im not woried about fabricating something to hold a diffrent pipe on. ~J

that does sound pretty strange, is there a reason your putting such a small motor in it? street bikes are pretty heavy right? it wouldnt hardly have the power to get up and go. but it would sure sound cool though lol

there is 125cc /250 4-stroke moto racing at a local track that im getting into, its about handling and control rather then speed. but any ideas though? also, they allow nitros oxide on the motors My frame is solid steel, but even still with the motor in it i can pick the hole front end/backend of the bike up, but most of the *expensive* guys have all aluminum frames, but im a budget racer ya see? ~J
