Hmm I've never heard of that problem before. I know someone that put a cr500r motor in an 85 or 86 ATC250R frame and they dont have any problems

Sounds like a good project and sounds like its really coming along....Good luck!

yeah my Z vibrate quite a bit but then gain i only have about 2 mounts boltsed up right now. oh yeah did you make sure that the sprockets line up perfect?? oh yeah for teh vibration i remember kane saying something about fillign the bars with soem kinda of vulcanizing rubber??? maybe soem great stuff expanding foam might work too. PM kane i bet he can help you out.

the rubber probably works better but they sell metal inserts tat go into the bars and supposedly stop vibration, you can get the frame gusseted to but thats a lot of money i suppose, and youd have to take it all apart again but hpe it comes out gooood

Alright I got some pics of it now and we were doin purty good till wrestlin season started up, but we got the motor and radiator mounted which were prob the two biggest things so check the pics out an tell what ya think?
