300 Sleeve & Piston.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have an 86 ATC 250r that I need to re-sleeve and while Im at it I'd like to put a bigger bore sleeve in it, maybe a 295 or 310..............I know you could get a complete kit for them before but I can't seem to find any now.

Go there. Thats what you want. The 310 kit is actually a 295. Its not a 310 until its on its last bore. Even the ESR kits are actually 295.

I was reading and it said that you could use the kit on the 87-89 but I think thats wrong. There are people on here that know more about that. If that is the case and you can only use those cylinders you can pick up a junk 87-89 cylinder for really cheap. I actually sold one on ebay for less than $20 and it just needed a sleeve.

He wants a sleeve. ESR does not sell sleeves.

They have the 250-2650,310,330,350,370, and the 380 which is just in non PV and takes the stroker crank. Pretty nice selection. I wish I could afford one.
