I did a front flip and landed sucessfully on my face!

I cought a rut going downhill on my z400 and went over the bars and then the quad fliped on my back. I bent my bars a little and popped a few pieces of plastic out. i popped them back in and bend my handle bars back raised my clutch lever back up and now its as good as new other than a few new scratches in the rear fender. The only thing i hurt was my wrist. I will post pics tomorrow of the hill and the quad. I thought for sure that my quad was gonna go all the way down the hill as i was flipping but luckly i was able to grab it so it only rolled once. I am going to stop typing now cause my wrist is starting to hurt worse so i will post more tomorrow.

I am going riding there again tomorrow so i will take some pics of where i wrecked. It wouldnt be so bad but im the one that never wrecks and now i cant say that i havent. oh-well i guess there is a first for everything.

Glad to hear your ok but you might want to get that wrist checked out. My bro cracked his and it was sore and we decided to have it checked and turned out to have a cracked bone. Hopefully you dont though.
