Well it happened

I was out today and i seen a dog just roaming around... the thing was more skinny than anything. So i got her some turkey she ate it but she was scared. So a few minutes later i noticed she had no tags or nuthin and she walked with a limp. I put here in the backyyard. long story short shes a playful one now still a little catious. Looks like she was beaten. But now shes in the garage with blankets and some food sound alsleep. Looks like I got a new dog. Shes kinda a black lab shepard mix. Hopefully she wont be scared tommorow and i can maybe walk here. She was so skinny no meat at all. the nerve of some people

Yeah it was the same thing with my dog we got her at a pound and she was going to be killed 5 days later. She was neglected by the last owners and had never been in a house. Lol she still barks at the vaccum. You probably saved the dog though

Thats the best thing I've heard all day. It is a terrible thing to see an animal suffer. It bothers me more to see an animal in distress than a human. People have the power to change their fate if they really want to animals are not so lucky.
I'm not one of those tree hugging vegetarians. I love my steak and heat with wood and am an avid out doors man who have a couple of heads on the wall.
But in my opinion all animals deserve our respect and help if they need it. My wife, son and I live in the boondocks and over the years have found many animals that were dropped off by some human trash that were half starved or in need of medical attention. We take them in and pay the vet bills till the animal is in better health and try to find them a home if not they stay around with us. Thats why we have several dogs some cats and a few other critters that were given to us because the novelty wore off when they grew up.
Screaming; that puts you on the top of my List of great people I have met on the net. and their are very few on that list.

That's like my grandma, when people don't want their pets but don't want to leave them on the side of the road, they bring them to her house. Mostly cats, though. They have about 10 cats now, some wild, some house pets. She also takes care of raccoons, she has taken care of them for several of their generations. Not all people are bad, some are very good to animals

I have 2 pet racoons from my logging expirences. Apparently we cut down a tree with 2 babys in it and i took them home. They're about 2 years old now and they roam around the woods around my house.

Man shes got wounds and stuff on her paws. looks pretty bad. Shes shaking. i tried to take her out to do her bussiness but she was so tired she just layed there. Shes scared of the garage door. lol I went to shut it and she ran in the house. lol well i had to carry here back to the garage when she just layed there. Im leaving the garage door open to see if she runs. I dont think she will. Shes really take a likeing to me. Licks my face. lol Better than 5 hours ago when she wouldnt even go 10 feet near me when i had turkey. lol Eats out of my hands. Its crazy!!! shes very scared of things. hopefully tommorow shes not scared and i can take her out on the leesh. But im just gonna let her sleep right now. Shes a good dog all she needs is love.

thats cool that she hooked up with you and didnt end up dead. Im sure you were her last chance. Im gunna get a dog in the spring cause Im gunna be working midnights so the gf and baby want a dog to make em feel safe and the baby is old enough now its time. labs make the best dogs in the world. perfect family dog. gentle, smart, just all around good dogs I have had 3 blond lab female dogs and I wouldnt have anything else. they were all GREAT dogs...

Man that is great to hear about you saving the dog. I hate when people get pets and then don't take care of em. Hell we treat out cat like another kid. He even sleeps with us most of the time. I just hate when people treat their animals bad.

Then she comes back. Im afraid shes gonna hit by a car. SO im a take her to the humane soecity. My mom wants me too. Its gonnna be sad but its not fair to the dog that she cant run where she wants. But atleast i know i saved her. Plus im gonna pay her vet bills for her. Get her fixed up all nice. Hopefully someone with a farm takes her. Then she can roam wherever without fear of gettin hit. But my family has saved lots of animals. Our 18 year old we got from my grandpha's farm cuz they couldnt contain her, and our 4 year old we got had ear mites, an infection and a weak left paw. 1000 bucks later shes healthy. But it aint fair to cats or the dog. So im gonna do all i can to try and get her into a nice family. . I wish i had a farm. No cars to hit nice dogs. But i aint lettin her die. If shes gonna get put down. I have to take her!!!!!!!!!!
