Default Need Help Please

I have a 06' Banshee, Mods include T-6's , K&N Pods, Boost Bottle(dont ask why it just looked cool) and V-force 3 reed valve system. The problem I'm having is when I go from the 5th gear power band to 6th gear it pretty much has no power and doesnt even come close to hitting the power band. When I'm on pavement though it runs perfect. This has caused me to lose a drag race against a DS 650, a very big blow to my ego to say the least. I had 330 mains in and switched them to 300's with no effect. As far as the needles go I put in the ones that came with the pipes. I also had the same problem before I put in the V-force valve system. When I start my monster up it takes like 20 minutes to warm up. And also the right pipes (when i put my hand behind the stinger) seems to pop compared to the left stinger not really popping at all but more like the exhaust is flowing out smoothly. I did compression test and every thing there is fine also. Im not sure if these problems are stemming from the same thing or not. The plugs also look like its running rich. I'm assuming I have something setup wrong in the carbs maybe. I also thought about switching from T-6's to T-5's since the T-6's are made for stock Shee's. Any input would greatly be appreciated. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME? thank you

as far as you problem goes i cant really help much id probably be wrong. but one initial thing u can do , since u say one pipe feels like its blowin harder than the other, get a compression tester(threaded at end preferably) and test both sides a couple times..i think it should be between laround 130psi. and no , you got the pipes right, t6 for stock motors, t5's for ported + motirs,
