Default do i need to rejet?

im pickin up a 1988 cr250 thursday night. i got 2 of em in peices out in the shed and im ganna put the pipe and silencer and reeds from the other one on this. i was just wonderin if i should rejet after i do this.

well if your taking an aftermarket pipe (if it is) and putting it on a stock bike, it will need to be re jetted , that carberator is set up for your stock pipe right now, so yes you will need to rejet, post int he jetting forum and tell your make, mods, elevation and im sure the guys will get u dam near close if not dead on, im sure u wont have a hard time finding another guy with one with abotu same setup as u, good luck
