 A decent tip
Here's something productive, a little tip to make life easier.
When polishing a part, regardless of the metal, a pencil-lead eraser is a far better first step than any sandpaper or 3M pad (after you've removed the paint/coating with good stripper). It will gently sand scuffs and marrs without leaving behind hard to remove scratches. Use the red or green rubber type, not the gum erasers. The eraser is basically a fine grade stick of Craytex only about 100 times cheaper.
