Default 99 kx 125 crank

this is my first post on e2s. i think this site is awsome. i have a 99 kx 125 and i am in the process of rebuilding the bottom end. right now i have the case split and the crank and crank bearings out of the cases. i would like to know exactly how to reassemble the cases together and how to put the crank and crank bearings back into the cases without a press if possible.

Like MX86 stated a big vise and big ass sockets. Put the crank and bearings in the freezer for a few hours. Then with a propane torch heat the race the bearing sits in but not too much and install the frozen bearing using the socket and vise method taking care to not damage the cases with the jaws of the vise. Better yet read this entire page and it will splain everything. http://offwidth.co.uk/bike/crm_rebuild/index.html It doesn't deal with the KX but the process is the same.
