how exactly do u "jack up the suspension"? ask him..? last time i checked they didnt make lift kits for dirtbikes hahah, does he mean tighten the spring on the shock?

all it will do is tighten up the rear suspension and make it a little tall ther is no gain whatsoever performance wise...if its too stiff all u'll get is a sore ass

| how'd ya lower the suspension? drop the forks in the triple tree's? let me know your weight and i could tell ya what you should have it at..

if you change the fork height it makes you steer more or less sharply. if youre happy with the steering dont mess with the front. and tightening the sag in the back does raise your bike but it gives you too much preload and rebound and youll be bouncing everywhere instead of soaking up the bumps like you should. stiffer suspension also makes you spin out easier. it needs to give to dig in.

ok i thought it wouldnt make a difference oh by the way im 5'9 160 pounds so what should i set it it for trail / race and thank you

and i lowered the rear shock so lower the seat hieght just a lil bit like an inch i think its at normal seat hieght now 37 inchesbut the bike still looks short
