| btk is a serial killer from the 70's. He has been sending letters to the Wichita Eagle and just been toying with them. i think he's like 60 something nowdays.. it's kind of odd.... this is all local news to me, but i saw a thing about him on cnn and cbs... I live about 30 minutes out of wichita kansas and i think it's kinda silly to see the big news stations covering the story and seeing WICHITA KANSAS on the news
