Default Chain HELP.

i need to take some links out of my chain. just put new longer swing arm on. whats the best way to do it so i dont take out to many. do i spin the carrier toward the ground and then take out links and connect chain and just tighten chain from there? or is there an easier way?

put the chain on like you are actually putting it on.. run it around both sprockets and pull it tight and where it overlaps see how many you need to take out

put it on with the adjustment as loose as it goes, then u have alot of adjustment to play with as it stretches a bit so u can tighten it
