question on my front suspension

ok my front suspension leaked out all if its oil..... and i am plannin on having them rebuilt and recharged.... but i dont know what i should buy for the guy to put in them a complete rebuild kit ..... or just seals ... and is it a good idea to just put more oil in my shocks (at the right amount) just so i can ride... because my seals blew... also how do i put more oil in them...

haha im a confusing person but your advice will be most appreciated.. thanks
