 yes the right side and the bike runs awsome but this anoying noise thats not sappose to b there im gonna pull tha side cover off today and hope its in the side cover or tranny think a brand new crank with only an hour on it is bad already

| is it possible that being advanced 7 * and a milled head that he could be detonating even with race gas? banshees make some noise at idle but when you rev it, it should be go away! have you pulled the water pump yet to inspect the gearing? i've got vito pistons and there cool head on my ride and have no complaints

| ok took the clutch cover of and the cluth out still making the noise im going to have to say its the connecting rod bearings thats an awful thing that you get an hour of ride time out of a vitos crank ive wrote vitos about this waiting for reply if i get one but thanx for all the info guys n gals

| have you took the jugs off again and checked the rod bearings for up and down play yet? and morph might also be right about the detonation. how much compression did your motor have with the milled head?

| as shitty as it sounds ive never seen vitos stand behind there product... ive had customers get ripped off by them big time and it wasnt right and they made no effort to remedy the problem only to try to sell them more of their junk .my 2 cents ...hope it works out for you if thats the case

| OK NOW IM LOST i have no friggin idea what it is but its not the connectin rod bearings i just tore the jugs of and i cant feel no play ne ways but its pretty loud with the piston and rings on HELPPPPPPPP
