The For Mill Just Fits In My Stock Cases Is It Posible Their Nicking The Cases Im Not Putting This Machine Back Together Till I Figure It Out

Im not super familiar with banshees, but usually with a stroker motor, you have to do some clearancing somewhere unless your running aftermarket cases and jugs.

a 4 mill should fit with no mod's but since you have the jugs back off you can take a flashlight and shine it down between the crank lobes while spinning the flywheel and see if it's hitting or if theres any evidence that it's been scraping the inside of the case. i would think you could just hold the rod and spin the crank and be able to feel it hitting if thats your problem...

ok sounds like the bearings on the clutch r worn out how often do they need replacing on the clutch and on the tranny thats where the noise is coming from now i just gotta find them there was a tick in the gear that runs the clutch but guess i didnt have the key way tight enough

ok well it was a number of ticking the clutch was making noise for one the other is piston clatter and the gear on the crank that drives the clutch now what to do do i have to go with a bigger bore or just replace the pistonsand refresh the cross hatch ??? help

any competent machinest will be able to mic your cylinders and tell you if there within spec to re-hone and re-ring your pistons or out of spec and need a new bore...
