is it like a steady ticking when it idles? does it go away when you rev it up or does it get louder? yea i'd say it might be in the water pump area.

and how much compression does your motor have now? is it over the 160 or 170 psi range?

vitos crank with vitos pistons.... damn it is a rolling time bomb... thats why its ticking .. is this a short rod crank with a spacer plate ? are yo usure pistons arent actually hitting the head? ,check the squish clearance ?,yo u have a milled stock head ? i gotta tell yo u 24-1 premix ratio is doing more damage than good , the gas is what cools the engine and gives it its richeness ...yo u are using way too much oil and actually leaning your bike out which is very bad especially o na new engine and the rings will never seat right on the cylinder walls with that oil ratio.

Check your stator. Allot of times you get yamabond behind it, and the stator sits at an angle. It hits the little magnet sticking out from the flywheel. I had a click and thats what it was.
