What the hell is wrong.

I have been having trouble with E2S forum. It takes a day or so for new post to show up when I sign on. What I mean is it seams like my version of this forum is like a day or so behind. The only way for me to keep up to speed is to click the links through my Mail account and then I'll have a current update of a thread I posted on . My mail is the same way, This is fucking annoying. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure, but i have noticed the same thing but i just refresh the page and its all better. maybe Jason will know whats up.
