| i was wondering if reeds on my banshee stay just a tinny bit open will it afect the way my engine runs and in what way? |

| well let's put it this way, at normal opperating conditions those reeds are opening and closing between 5,000-10,000 times a min. a little gap wont hurt it.

| yeah. some reeds you can turn over, if they are stock reeds i would recomend replacing them with a carbon fiber reed or something else.. really nice reeds they are

| and your propably looking at it when its bone dry...the crack propably gets sealed with mixed gas when the reeds are closing. |
