what seems to be the best tires out there? im looking to get into something not quite as tall.

I have Mazzis Razr2s on my Shee for dirt trail riding. They seem to hook up decent and are 6ply so they don't puncture easy. Like erik said it depends on exactly what terrain you ride in.
