probably not...
a 250 in a full size 6 1/2 foot bed sticks out, with a quad in front of it i couldnt see it fitting in... and ur tryin to do it in a s-10, i dont see it happening unless its like a kx80 or somethin , ur better off tryin to squee it in next to ur quad probably, tied down to the side of it or something

yea I agree, this is probably the best way. I seen it done very easy with a ford f-150 size truck, so I guess it would work with a s10, just gonna be tight. I assume the quad is a 250r? you might have to hang two wheels out over the bed side to make room for the bike beside it, but I guess just try it and see what happens.

yea i put banshee/kx500 in my f150 many times.. they fit side by side both inside the bed,, so if u hung 2 of the wheels off the side,, the bike should fit in right next to it in the s10

Yeah it will work, I put a raptor and 450r in the back of my standard toyota tacoma with the tailgate down and a lot of straps, worked fine, really tight fit but it worked
