Default bought a new cylinder. got some questions

hey guys, there wasnt really a "cylinder" section so again, sorry if its the wrong place.

anyway i got my brand spankin' new oem 2004 Honda Cr125 Cylinder jug in about half an hour ago.

because its brand spankin' new, theres absolutely NOTHING on it. therefore, i also ordered and recieved the 5 bolts that screw into the top of the cylinder jug so you can bolt the head on.

They're threaded on both sides, and im curious if theres a certain way to get them in. Im pretty sure I can hand tighten them in there, but not sure after that. i dont believe my manual said anything either.

I also got a dowel that looks like its just pressed into the cylinder jug. but with what?

get 2 nuts and screw them on the threads that stay above the cylinder and use 2 open end wrenches and tighten them together tight and use the top nut to tighten in the cylinder, the pin probably is a locating pin and probably goes around one of the studs. im not worked on that engine so im not sure where it goes but take a look at the old cylinder that should tell u where it goes,

just use a block of wood and a hammer to drive in the peg, should go easy. not sure never installed new studs, but cant hurt, use some blue loctite.
