huh, i learned somthing today castor is dirty burning... i was told it was clean burning at the dealer, but they've screwed me over a few times so i believe you.
and ditto on never using this method, once again, i thought it was odd because of the fact it was a waste byproduct going into the bearings and not good tranny oil. however i am one of those people who is open minded about these things so i had to ask about it.

whens the last time u did a lower end? a 2 stroke engine has a DRY lower end... as in NO STORED OIL... the trans has stored oil.... if the trans oil lubed the crank bearing the fucker would smoke like crazy... the only lube the crank bearing recieve is from the premix...

dude im guessing flotek meant bottom end as in tranny..

your right, 2 strokes have a dry bottom end, but i'm sure he meant the tranny

i htink this thing started as somebodies joke its pretty funny if you ask me,makes about as much sense as kanibbler pins, osmosis burners and permutation gears. i use old 4 stroke motor oil for lubrication i pour it all over the outside of my engine to lubricate it properly and also make sure i fill the cases with oil to the bottom of the threads
