I'm now saying bye bye to the 450r's as they eat my roost.

I raced several Honda 450r's this weekend after pulling my airbox lid and rejetting this past week.

I'm pleased to say I smoked most of them and the ones that did beat me were not too far ahead. Now I say bring on the LT450r's and we'll see what happens.

FYI: I ride a 1987 LT250 Port & Polish, K&N Filter, FMF Pipe & Silencer.


On another note....I beat several banshees too.

Congrats on beating them , I'd hate to see someone else jump on the "450s are the fastest thing on 4 wheels train " . No rush like spanking your buddies on someting 20 years old and with half the ccs and less than half the $ . Congrats

You will not have a problem blowing past a stock ltr450, i already beat one at the drag races at monster hall. A modded one will make it close i believe.

i told you guys that 450's arent fast.....

you beat a few shees huh?? dirt drags i'm guessing.... seems like alot of guys beat banshees on dirt drags... shees don't hook up... always have had that problem

I was riding at Little Sahara. One thing that helps me sometimes is that I have straight paddles (skat-trak) and a lot of guys have cheap curved paddles. I've never understood spending several thousand on a quad and mods only to buy the cheapest paddles available.

And dont forget to rub it in that you are on a 250 . That always gets them going , you would be surprised how many excuses they have to make up for those $7k piles .
