Alright so today i started up my 89' kawasaki kx 125 and a blackish liquid came out of the exhaust in some parts there are leaks and it just started dripping out a little bit. I have never seen it do this but it does do it at the rear of the exhaust can anyone please tell me whats going on thanks and bye.

you need good fresh fue l ,good premix oil at the crroect ratio, clean /oil air filter, new spark plug ,new packing i n your silencer and seal up any leaks , then see if its still dripping 2 stroke mung out your pipe

besides doing everything eviltwin said (he seems to know his shit) your running your bike way to rich, also it may be time for new rings.

i have a new plug in it and i use yamalube. the gas was old and i dont know how to repack the silencer and i dont know how to keep the bike from running to rich because i am a newbie at this stuff so will i be able to ride tomarrow?

mix your oil 2 1/2 ounces to a gallon. and ditch yamalube. run maxima sumer m or motul 2 stroke racing oil. in my rm250 yamalube gums it up bad. it doesnt burn clean. yamalube is an out of date oil. a dirty oil filter doesnt let enough air through so it richens your fuel up. but if you dont foul plugs id just mix the gas and oil this ratio and keep it cleaned out by revving it up.

i usualyy foul a plug evey 3-7 rides
but i also have been running a br10es which i have been told is a cold burning plug and that is the problem

yeah a 10 is a cold plug. i dont really care for ngk anymore either. try an autolite 66. ive had great luck with them

smell the oil coming out your tailpipe. see if it smells more like tranny oil than two stroke oil. you may have a bad right side crank seal.

yea i like ngk...which alot of people on here seem to. but run something like an 8 thats what i use.

if it was me id get ahold of some Klotz supertechnaplate mix it @40-1 according to chart on back of the bottle ,be sure your intake ca nbreathe and theere isnt a family of rats i n your airbox or shittign o nyour filter ,next id throw i n a new NGK b8egv platnium plug and get some good premium fuel i n it also ,try the little simple maintenace stuff before you start swapping out mai n jets and tweaking o n the o n the carb jetting
