| well i dont want to sound like a prick but this more i went and tryed to see weather or not if the kill switch were working and both work and even if they didnt the plug cap was off for a good 20 seconds before i get the filter off to block the air but how long would it run if it was still pre igniting like if you go down the road and shut it off it just dies out i kno that but it was like what happen when it is running out of gas it rev up |

| wel lpreigniting porobably isnt the correct term it was post igniting i guess yo ucould say...so the plug cap was completely off for 20 seconds? ...hhmmm wel l i have no idea how , it should panic rev for maybe 5 seconds then shutdown .

| Could be dieseling. Any imperfection in the head or cylinder (a metal burr or rough spot from a gouge) can heat up like a glow plug and provide more than enough ignition temperature to combust. It would continute to run until the messed up timing grenades your engine or if it cooled down... but that's not real likely since it's basically cycling just like normal.

| i talked to my uncle and he said that it was pulling the ehaust flame back though b/c it was reving to fast b/c the motor was low on coolent but i have it running a little wail ago and i notic that i have a rip in the coolent line so that shoul;d take care of it but when you wheeler run like that it cant be good |

| you ran out of gas mine did the same thing to me twice. it runs out of gas and leans out and goes nuts and even after hitting the kill switch and even pulling the plug wire it still runs, I stop it by pushing the throttle wide open and it bogs out, you could probably put it in gear and let out the clutch slowly to bog it out but that could be a little dangerous if it took off. |

| I've had my throttle cable get caught so it held the throttle open just a little more than normal. It revved up and still ran after I pulled the plug cap, thats something to check. The best way to stop it is put it in 5th and drop the clutch.

| the return wave isnt keeping it alive ,it is stil lignited insdie the cylinder enough to burn fuel/air mixture and push the piston back down ,either way it doesnt matter why... yo u need to fix your bike regardless
