That's sweet, but it cost too much.

He put bushings in the bottom end instead of bearings? Is that a smart thing to do? Doesn't seem like it its.

And a spiral cut head? Is that a gimmick (or does it really work?) to increase the swirling in the cylinder?

im thinking he ment he put the bushings around the bearings since in the zilla i thought that the crank bearings spin and ruin the case that they are pressed into. from what it heard its a common fix to put the inserts in it.

i think they should have put something like a kx500 motor in it, but thats just my oponion just cuz i like kawi

The reason alot of people do not put bike engines in quads is becasue of vibration issues. YOu would be vibrating that quad apart with an unbalanced 500cc 2 stroke

yea about the vibration thing, i understand that and iv heard about that, but well i guess you would just have to try to live with it or get rubber on your mounts to take away alot of the vibration, least thats what id try, iv been thinking about doing that on my tecate cuz if i remember correctly the 84-85 tecate doesnt have a counterballancer.
