We choose that weekend since it's a 3 day weekend + I throw some vacation days along with it.

Any holiday turns into a big bash.. I'm not too much for it though, too many accidents. Nothing like riding untouched sand. I'll trade that for any big weekend!!

We can get the $25 camp passes there when we pull in, no real need to reserve as it's hard to sell out!
I think it's 300 square miles of sand?? And there's not much to organizing.. Well all trade numbers and make it a plan..
Only thing we need to get together is food! I can prob bring the huge propane bbq grill.
I always bring a couple ice chests of stuff, everyone can do the same.. fill them up before you get there.

That's going to be a good drive bro! You said it's 4 hours to Pismo for you? Add 2.5 - 3 hrs to So Cal + another 3 hrs to Glamis.
I usually head out 4am to beat all the traffice, the drive could be longer!

And for the record i have a place that serviced my Blaster cylinder & they rent dirtbikes & quads. $150 for the weekend.
