yes that is the item gh500 I understand what you are saying but he hasnt sent me any tracking number and has completely ignored me since the end of that auction. I sent an email to another guy that baught the back tires and rims and it was the same situation he paid and didnt ship it took that guy over a month to get his tires but that renf guy atleast returned his emails he hasnt with me so i dont know. I am going to take your advice and contact paypal tonight.

Hi that guy is ME . You got your $ back Sorry i sent you a email telling you that things got real bad with my dad and Job i was not even in the U.S i was in Canada seeing my dad for 2 weeks . This hole i paid monday the parts sould be to Canada by Fri is getting OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE IN Alberta, CANADA 1300 miles from me I am not some one who takes your $ and runs . You have to think ebay is not a 1,000,000,000,000 guys just selling parts and items for a 9 to 5 Bro most of as work a 9 to 5 and use ebay to help out with some X $ . first off why would you put those rims and tires up for sale when you couldnt send them that's your first mistake. Also being in Canada has nothing to do with it, I msg'ed you before that and asked if you shipped to Canada and you gave me shipping costs.

Sincerely Renton P.S If by any chance you have opened a dispute in Paypal I totally understand the reasoning behink it I would do the same if presented the same circumstance.But this is really affecting my financial situation because I had to miss work for two weeks and was planning to use what I had in Paypal to ship all of the items out with.If you could at least close the dispute and give me until today ten pm eastern time to give you the tracking number if I have not done so I will totally understand re instating a Paypal dispute.

you never sent out the items as promised also no tracking number was issued.
you said if I didnt have the tracking number bye 10 pm eastern time that i could reinstate the claim and you would understand so I did because you didnt hold up your end of the deal for the second time. and then you didnt even reply to my paypal dispute so after over a month I finally got my money back no thanks to you.

Also i know I wasnt the first one that had heard the same damn story from you
I msg'ed the guy that baught the back tires and rims from you and of course you said almost the same story not to mention this auction was over before I had baught the front rims and tires.

So your saying that because you work a 9 to 5 job that its ok to take my hard earned money which i break my back for every day.
and for the record you didnt give me my money back paypal did because you wouldnt give either my money back nor my parts.
if i had posted parts for sale, unless I was in the hospital unable to talk I would have contacted the person personally or somehow got ahold of the person.
and you never once told me you were going away or anything. for that matter you sent me 1 msg on paypal like 3 weeks after i baught the parts and started a resolution thats all i heard from you.
I think I played my part to a tee I did a resolution after three weeks then i went to a claim and I still left you no bad feedback.
whats your problem what else do you expect im sure other people would agree with me.

Ren, doing ebay is like running a business... you gotta fulfill your end of the deal. Ebay even says that it is a contract to which you are legally bound. I understand you had unforseen problems, but a deal is a deal and benny had every right to dispute your business practice, then come on here and warn us about a possible scammer. your first post was cool and i think justified, but then you ranted on for two more posts... you made an ASS of yourself, from my point of view and i am sure a lot of others will agree. then Benny has to come back on here saying that he was willing to give you a second chance and you dupe him again....

There are people that have 99.5 percent feedback on 10,000 sales,and you have managed to screw up your feedback with only 200 sales. Personaly after viewing your ebay feedback i wouldnt trust you to sell me a TV remote
