I sold a set of shocks to a guy up on the east coast of Canada. He put in a claim with paypal saying he hasnt got them yet. I sent them out the same week he paid, But it does take time for things to get to Canada. He also asked me to send it postal service wich dont have a tracking #. I understand him pitting in a claim to protect himself. I have replyied back three times to him over this. I need to go to the p.o. to see if the package has went through custums. Thats all I can do for this guy. It sucks having problems like this, makes me want to stop selling stuff on there.

For the record. The Post Office does provide tracking for 65 cents.
I do all shipping thru the PO & yes they offer tracking, I just came from there too!

Ya I knowI just found that out last week. The shocks where delivered last week, so this guy might be trying to pull a fast one on me. I tracked it through the custums #. Well see how this goes.

Thank's like I say I think he was in the wrong there, but its over and done with now, just took my time and some money i didnt get refunded
and $showtime$ I dont think it was more miscommunication as it was a lack of communication on his part.

I'm glad things did get kinda smoothed over.....just for the record, I did pick up a banshee from Ren here, and I had no problems with the transaction whatsoever, but it wasn't done on e-bay. I've also dealt with Benny here, and didn't have any problems with that transaction either.
