Talking Inland ATV

I got my 4mm longrod crank for my Shee from Inland ATV. They also sell on Ebay so I bought it off there. The price was great and they shipped it out real fast. Most important was the excellent customer service, either by email or phone call I was always able to have my questions answered quickly. Extra thanks to Eric for taking care of me.

Man I wish you would of gave me a shot at the crank, i could of done it for the same. But yah he's got some good prices for sure. If you need anything else for that build let me know.

Guy(owner) over at INLAND ATV is Bad ass, they helped me work out the bugs on my LT a while back, and have always been real helpful.
They put out some of the Fastest Banshees out here on the West coast i believe, some bad ass stuff.

Inland ATVs pricing is hard to beat, what really irks me about them in the past is stuff they sell on ebay that is not sitting on their shelf. If I pay for expedited service, I expect to have is shipped to me quick. Not shipped quickly when the supplier can drop ship it to me... Don't advertise what you don't have on your shelf, my only complaint with them.

dajogejr i dont advertise parts i dont have the problem in the past and well still somthing we work hard on fixing now is our inventory system i am a retail shop and what happens is the front counter staff will sell to a walk in customer and then eather not let the ebay sales person know they sold the part or they dont order more to replace it. Its a comunication problem we have inhouse sorry for any problems we may have caused you.


about a year ago there were some complaints on here over my store and i took into consideration what everyone had to say i had a huge problem with a saleman dropping the ball on everything. After reading what was going on here i watched him more and realized how bad it was. good or bad i appreciate your feedback. I never know what the problems are untill someone speaks up and tells me so thanks again.

Guy, that was me who complained about the customer service last year..
You wouldn't remember a small time rider like me but we did speak on the phone a couple times about motor work & parts after visiting your shop.
Top notch facility if you ask me and hell, not every shop offers you a cold one!
I liked everything that was offered to me, really wanted I-ATV to get their hands on my Shee and it never happened. That's why I was so pissed!!
Instead I was chased away by bad customer service which should be your number one product.
Hope your inhouse communication problems get resolved. E2S loves good feedback, I want to see more responses like 2002shee & russp!!!

Thank you for taking the time to clear that up! And that makes sense... It has been almost two years since I last contacted you folks, it was about this time in 2006 when I was building my cub...comparing what you were selling on ebay with what you had at the store on hand.... My questions were, if I buy it now on ebay, I'll have it in my hands when? And I got the run around about not actually having it on the shelf....etc. Turned me off right there, I was gonna drop 3 to 4 K...ended up going elsewhere. However, I appreciate your honesty, looks like you're taken the steps to make things right....that is very, very commendable!!

Furthermore...Guy...I have no problem removing my post if you so choose. PM me or tell me here, I'd be happy to.
