 Kx 80
just bought a 94 KX80 for 500 bucks. needed a chain and sprocket set, but i also realized it needed front brake pads and a caliper because the pad was gone, and the caliper piston was ground half off from hitting the rotor instead of the pad.
so, 100 bucks on ebay later, and i got a kx80 in a very mechanically sound state, and also pretty nice cosmetically. frame is a little scratched here or there, but plastics are mint, as well as the seat. Also has a FMF silencer!
also, has a fresh rebuilt top end (supposedly) but it makes no odd noises or rattles.
starts right up from cold, runs like a top!
only 600 in it total, and 45 minutes round trip driving!
stupid great deals only pop up when you really dont have money to spend, but i couldnt turn this one down.
