Post 2 into 1 exhaust

My banshee has 2 into 1 exhaust, it has no MFG. name plate on it so I don't know what type it is. Does anyone know who makes these? websites? Thanks.

So there is only one company that makes this? is 2 into 1 exhaust better than the dual exhaust?

not sure if there are other companies that make them or not.
it depends, 2-1 exhaust has killer low-mid power while duals have better mid-top power, so i guess its all in where you want power.

My 2 into 1 exhaust creates a "Formula 1 sound" I guess the dual don't? Whats the best pipe for duals on a Banshee?

hahaha, not another exhaust debate. Well you really need to tell us what type of riding you do, where you want your power to be, and what mods you have done and are planning to do.

I really don't want an exhaust debate, just some honest answers. My banshee came to me with 2 into 1 exhaust, my friend just bought a '93 Banshee with aftermarket pipes in the dual configuration. I like low end, mid and top. Since I traded with someone for this banshee I don't have any history. All I know is what I can see, it has a cool head but not sure what size domes? It has a Trinity stage IV with a keihnen 34 carb and K&N filter and of course the 2 into 1 exhaust. Gearing is 14/42. Everything mentioned is this a good setup? My question is can aftermarket duals produce both the same power and sound as the 2 into 1? or should I stick with the exhaust I have? and is it possible to have an exaust pipe chromed?

If you want low-end power you have the right setup. The 2-1 carb setup is a low-end configuration. The dual exhaust is more of a Pingy sound compared to the 2-1 config. You might look at the Alien exhaust I hear that has a nice sound to it.

Like Jason said, you already have the lowend to midrange setup. Make sure you clean and oil that K&N regularly. I need to do mine before every long ride otherwise shit gets through. I just cleaned a bunch of crap out of my carbs because of leaving it go. I have a spare one around to make it easier on me.

I've only ever seen one of those 2 to 1 pipes in person, but it was on a trailer in a parking lot and I was nosey. I never heard one running.
