Any Help/Info On Custom 250 Pipe?

Is there any tips or anything i should know about making a good hitting custom in frame 250 pipe? ive been looking at pictures of 250 dirtbike pipes in magazines, and see how they are all about shpaed the same, so i guess ill make it like they look....
Ill get pics of what im makin it for in a couple more days, im startin the pipe on like wednesday, depending on when i get the material...ill give yas a hint, it involves a what used to be 350X but much lower and wider, and a 86 KX250/Tecate motor.....and a lot of custom fab. ....

There is sooo much more to it than the way it looks, personally I wouldn't F with it at all. If you are really serious about making your own pipe then I would say you at least need to have the TSR pipe designer program to understand whats going on and to get you in the ball park at all.
