custom mini bikes! 2 stroke and 4!

, you herd me! this is my first love! lol.... iv been building mini bikes since i was 7 with my father... soon after i started riding dirtbikes, and then went to quads! but i have never been able to get ride of my passion for mini's!

this thread will be a place were you(climb) or anyone else can talk about these little guys! i will help yyou out with whatever i can! i dont know i ton about quads! but i know everything there is to know about mini bikes! everything!

the folowing are two engines i got realy cheap of craiglist.... both were mounted on old schopol edgers.... the purple is an evryday rider.... the yellow is for dragging..... too many mods to list....

haha they had some of those at a mardi gras parade about 6 years ago DJ. those things rock. Wheelie on command!

lol.... those things are cool! i built one of those once, but the engine went inside the cooler, and we split the inside with a devider! the engine was in the back, with a small hole for the muffler, and there was enough room in the front for a 12 pack.....

lol..... yep! it did! the ice would melt in an hour! we cut the bottum out on the engine side and added an air scoop in an attempt to cool the engine, but we finaly decided to scratch the project..... we couldnt keep it cool.... it was our 9th grade age mechanics project, that extended into a summer project.... what we didnt take into account, was that not only does an ice chest keep ice cold, but it kept the engine hot! lol.... it was just a bad idea, of coarse when we did it back in 2000, i had never seen one before..... we thought it was a first.... im sure someone had done it long before us though..... wish i woulda saw one, and we woulda fabed the engine in the back, like everyone else.....

finally! a post of small mini bikes etc.

im a HUGE fanatic of custom mini bikes and gocarts and shit.
heres pics of mine.my favorite is the small black mini bike with the 1943 clinton 2 stroke 4hp.hauls ass.big mini bikes a 5hp briggs,,,,,gocarts a 5.5hp jiangdong.also have another small 50cc 2 stroke powered go cart.and in the process of putting a chainsaw engine on a bycicle.also theres a pic of a weird 8hp briggs powered 3 wheeler thing i got for free.doesnt run yet.

also,,,anyone got any small engiens like this for sale?or parts?

as a matter of fact.... i have a few old clinton parts in my giant pile o parts.... haha... need anything in particular?i believe iv got an engine minus the carb... i also have a carb that i took off on once... i dont know if it was original... damn dude! i have never seen a clinton that old before.... iv got an old speedway in the back yard collecting dust... i will post a pic, im sure you will appriciat it... one of these days i will get it going. i wanna put a yz 80 in it...
